There are little pieces which looks like pegs on the sprues of the Deffkoptas from the Black Reach box set... The piece is right near the head of the pilot.

I have seen some on display at stores and yet never saw this little piece on any of them and people think I am nuts until they see the sprue.. There was only 3 of these pegs, they were on the deffkopta sprues and the only thing that was in 3's in the box set, was the deffkoptas....

Now this pictures isnt mind, I got it off the internet, but the piece is in the picture...

They are basically just shell casings for bases and what-not.
At least that what I come to believe they are.

If you look at the termie bases you see extra holes. You put those pegs in them.

Shell casings to go in the bases with extra holes. There are also skulls with bullet holes through the forehead that go in the same holes.
