What are the heads from?

Oh sorry I forgot about the heads. They are from one of the venom options. The spiky cage with skulls hanging off. There is a skull with 4 eyes on a spike. Cut it off, hollow out the back, and stick it to your kabalites/wych head of choice like a mask
