Dangerous Duet






So, from what I know of the fluff and game mechanics, here's what I think an average CSM unit should be :

Aspiring Champion : WS5, BS4, S5, T4, W1, I4, A2, Ld10, Sv3+
Chaos Space Marine : WS5, BS4, S5, T4, W1, I4, A1, Ld9, Sv3+

Unit : 1 Champion and 4 marines
Unit type : Infantry
Wargear : Power Armour, Bolt Pistol, Chainsword, Frag and Krak Grenades, Bolter
Special Rules : Fearless
Cost : 100

Options

-Can add 5 other Chaos Marines for 100 pts

-Can have one mark :
Khorne : Gain Ferocious Charge and Feel No Pain 20 pts
Nurgle : Gain Feel No pain and Putrid Aura* 25 pts
Slaanesh : Gain Feel No Pain and Unholy Frenzy* 20 pts
Tzeenthc : Gain an invunerable save 30 pts
Putrid Aura : Any unit engaged in CC with this one gain -1 CC
Unholy Frenzy : +1 init and when a model dies, it can make one CC attack against an enemy or an ally whichever it can.

-Two models can take :
Meltagun
Plasmagun
Hvy Bolter
Lascannon
ML
Flamethrower
(normal prices)

-The Aspiring champion can take one of these :
Power Fist 25 pts
Power Weapon 15 pts
Plasma pistol 15 pts
Minor Daemonic Weapon* 25 pts
Chaos Power Armor* 25 pts
Minor Daemonic Weapon : A power weapon which add +2 attack but if a roll of one is ever made on the touch, the Champion lose 1 w
Chaos Power Armor : a twisted and mutated armor, it give the Champion a +2 armor save

-The Aspiring Champion can select the following gifts of Chaos (according to his mark)
Unholy Might (Khorne) : gives him +1 Str (+10)
Unholy Fortitude (Nurgle) : gives him +1 T (+10)
Unnatural Reflexes (Slaanesh): Gives him a+1 A (+10)
Arcane Shield (Tzeentch): Augment his invunerable save by one (he's at +4) (+10)

-The Champion and the Marines can have access to the following mutations :
Acidic Blood : If a model of this unit dies, each model adjacent to him take a touch of S4 20 pts fo
Daemonic Mutated Bodymass : gain +1 S and T, but gain -1 Init and cannot take a Rhino as Dedicated transport (and count as two in a Land Raider) 25 pts
Tentacles : The figure can attack in CC even if farther than 2 inch from the closest engaged ally

Dedicated Transport : The Squad can take a Chaos Rhino as dedicated transport

So as you can see you can fully customize the each member of your squad to give the ''chaotic'' feeling. So here's an example :
Mark of Khorne (+20)
Two Meltaguns (norm price)
Chaos Power Armor Powerfist for Champ and unholy might and mutated Biomass(25+25+10 +25=85) (add MBM after the 2x of the Powerfist)
Unit price (100)
Total : 225

And here's what we got for the stats

Aspiring Champion : WS5, BS4, S10, T5, W1, I3, A2, Ld10, Sv2+
4xChaos Space Marine : WS5, BS4, S5, T4, W1, I4, A1, Ld9, Sv3+

Wargear : 4xPower Armour, 5xBolt Pistol, 4xChainsword, Frag and Krak Grenades, 3xBolter, 1xPowerfist, 2xMeltaguns, 1xChaos Armor
Special Rules : Fearless, Ferocious Charge and Feel No Pain

Strenghts of this unit : Great CC skills and hard to take down and dislogde from objectives

Weakness : Cannot take Rhino, few unit count, vunerable to high-damaging ranged.

There's a proposed rules section for all this stuff.

I don't see why they should have WS5. Also, I don't see why everyone should have FnP. That's kind of ridiculous. And what unit can't take a rhino? Your writing is very confusing. Even so, if a unit can't take a rhino, nobody will ever take them.
