The Kabal of the Shattered Mask

The Kabal of the Shattered Mask was founded 564.M41, headed by the Archon Helven Persaevius. It had a massive shot through the ranks thanks to the raid on the Imperial world of Kravus V, when the Kabal managed to condemn an entire Space Marine chapter to death, or worse still, to be handed to the Haemonoculi of the Forgotten Wounds Coven. The Kabal has a close link with the Harlequins and with the Cult of the Swift Blade. The warriors of this Kabal will always wear helmets or masks, for the Kabal’s induction ritual causes horrendous wounds which leave scars. The warriors refuse to have this reconstructed as they believe it makes them more powerful. To fall captive to the Shattered Mask is a dreadful fate. Faceless killers all, they will make your flesh turn to bone and leave you as sculptures which are sold for profit.
