Can anyone tell me where it says they can fire in your opponents turn please.
I cant find it and in the brb it says you can only shoot in your own shooting phase.
So can they fire when they deep strike in in your opponents turn?

No, but they'll be able to fire on your turn, instead of Deep Striking, counting as moving, and hence being unable to fire their Heavy weapons.

Deathmarks don't have heavy weapons.

They are useful for outmanoeuvring reserve lists. You only shoot in your turn.

Their Sniper rifles aren't heavy?
I don't have the Codex so went off an assumption.

They are listed as "Rapid Fire, Sniper" in the Codex. I don't have a BRB on me...are Sniper weapons defined as 'move or fire' in there?

... Nope. It's just an association I'd always made because of the example in the BRB being Heavy 1, and every other sniper weapon I've seen is Heavy. Nifty for Deathmarks then I suppose. That means they can DS in the opponents turn behind cover, then move out and obliterate something with the 2+ to wound.

Cool, and if you can manage to attach a Phaeron to them you get Relentless.
