I started this last night while watching tv with the wife. I was originally going to spray expanding foam over a nerf football but I had this wire mesh for armatures and this new sculpy pluffy clay that i wanted to try to do something with and one thing led to another and a few hours later got this. Obviously inspired by other spores i've seen online but for a few hours worka nd 20 minutes in the oven I think it works pretty well. Any ideas on a good material to stuff inside it to give it some mass so it wont cave in on itself? I was thinking the expanding foam but i have to be careful about how much i put in. Ideas welcomed..... I want to do another one with the mouth open and a tongue/landing ramp sticking out =)

Fill up a bucket of water, then dunk the pod in upside down. until the water is just below the rim of the pop without. getiing any water inside. Then fill it with foam. The water pressure should hold it together.
