Just a quick question to clarify this;

Say I have a unit of Wracks + a Haemonculi in a Venom. Can the Wracks disembark, then the Venom move 12" and the Haemonculi jump out at the end of the move? Basically can the two (well effectively two anyway) units disembark in the same turn at different points? The only restrictions I know of are to do with embarking and disembarking the same unit in the same turn, I know you would be able to disembark them separately at the same point in the move (i.e IC on one side of the vehicle, Wracks on the other either before or after the Venom moves) but thought I better check if this still works if the Venom moves in between the two disembarks.

Yes. Perfectly allowable.

Certainly. A third unit could embark after the wracks disembark, either before or after the venom moves. Moreover, a fourth unit could embark after the Haemonculus disembarks, provided that at least one of those last two units is an IC.

I'm going to have to disagree.

It's perfectly acceptable to disembark the unit and leave the IC on board, or vice versa... in just the same way as it is perfectly acceptable to leave a unit stationary on the table and move the IC away, or vice versa.

But once you have done that, the unit has had its movement for the turn, as separating the IC is something that is done during the unit's movement. You can't then move a different unit (in this case the vehicle) and then go back and change the original unit's movement. That's specifically prohibited by the second paragraph of the movement rules.

The disembarking rules do say that the unit and IC can disembark separately... by one of them disembarking and the other remaining on board. Not by them both disembarking at different points in the same movement phase.
