Nosey, ain't ya?

Doing a Vietnam like IG? If you have actually pulled it off tell me how it looked. Theoretically it can be done. In fact has anyone ever considered doing an army around a particular historic period. I want to do WW2 soviet AAA regiment but the models suck righteously which is what's stopping me

Catachans are just like US Vietnam troops. DKOK are similar to (especially the germans) WW2 troops

Catachans are just like cartoons and 80s movies about Vietnam troops. Death Korps of Krieg are decidedly little like WW2 troops, and are very much inspired by WW1 French troops with some German in there as well.

There are a number of Catachan armies themed around Vietnam, including at least one mounted entirely in Valkyries and themed after Apocalypse Now, here on Dakka. Just google "Vietnam imperial guard" or whatever and you'll get them.

Catachans for 'Nam.

For the Soviets, Valhallan Ice Warriors. Vostroyans can work too, but they are more like Cossacks.

Also, your sig is very distracting Aosol

Yep, Catachans in Valkyries is your best bet for a 'nam era air-cav army.

If your only exposure to world war 2 and germany is castle wolfenstein maybe... Otherwise, they look a lot more World War 1, and much more belgian/french at that.

They're a mix between WW1 French and German forces. Pure German and WW2 is Steel Legion who definitely have the Wehrmacht theme going on

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.

Actually the German trench coats didn't have the buttons on the front to free the legs like the DKoK do, that was french, same with the gas mask and resperator box was british I believe ( ill check wiki out latter). The helmet looks german and if it had the 'fritz spike' on it then np there.

The armageddon Steel Legion is based on German WWII paratroopers called fallschirmjager. Although again I believe the box resperator filters are from the british or french.
