HQ - Imotekh
- Nemesor
- R.C.= 1 Cryptek - Harbinger of Destruction - Gaze of flame and Solar Pulse. 1 Lord - Warscythe, Res. Orb, and Mindshackle Scarabs.
- R.C. = 1 Cryptek - Harbinger of Destruction - Gaze of flame and Solar Pulse.)

Troop - 8 Warriors with a Ghost Arc
- 17 Warriors

Fast Attack - 3 Heavy Destroyers
All together is 1250pt.

Ran Imotekh with the 17 warriors so you can make full use of the relentless. Also run the lord and cryptek with them. Run Nemesor and the other Cryptek with the other warriors in the Ghost Ark. The H. Destroyers should stay within line of sight of Nemesor so he can give them Tank Hunters. The solar pulse is for taking away night fighting or incase Imotekh loses it early then to give it to the other player. Imotekh and the warriors just walked across the board and shot at whatever they can while the Ghost Ark stays within 6" so you can always bring back those that didn't pass their R.P. roll.

What do you guys think? Also I've had one game with this list it was very successful or I was just lucky.

It seems a very small list for 1250, My main concern would be any swarm armies (DE, Orks, Nids).

You have the night fighting to help against ranged armies but if you get green tided (that even a word?) you have... 2 squads and the HD on the battlefield, if the squads get overwhelmed the HD wont be much use against a horde (3 shots a turn).

An annihilation barge might counter this issue, or even picking up some tesla immortals. (tesla stomps hordes)

Soon his foes would learn that the only thing more dangerous than a savage three hundred pound brute is a savage three hundred pound brute with a plan - Ork Codex

The H. Destroyers are for tanks and high toughness models also really great for feel no pain. I ran this against a DE army already and did really good. But I get what you are saying and your right. Just need to be really tactical when I'm playing Tue horde.

You don't want solar pulses in an imotehk list. If you use them to turn off night fighting in your turn, you don't get the lightning strikes, so you'd be better off not taking imotehk and using the pulses in your enemy's turn instead.

Yes you do get the lighting strikes even if you solar pulse on your turn. You still get the lighting and don't have to deal with night fighting rules. The rule you are talking about is saying that if Imotehk's night fighting rules are taken away and you are bringing them back into play by means of Solar Pulse then they don't get the lighting.
