I was wondering if all psykers have force weapons? I am using a weirdboy and he has the psyker rule but no listed CC weapons in his wargear. I was wondering, is this because he is a pysker and thus automatically has a force weapon? Thanks!
On a semi-related note, if a IC is in a squad that gets destroyed around him, does he have to take a morale check? So if I have a warboss who has 5 boyz with him and the boyz are all killed, does the warboss still count as a part of that squad and have to take a morale check? Or is he now just a separate IC?

No, only units that specifically state they have a Force Weapon have FWs.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

So then with no CC weapon listed, can he even make CC attacks?
And also, for a warphead, the rule says I may rereoll the dice to see which power is used. Do I have to accept the second roll? I know the answer is probably yes, but I know usually it will specifically state that the second result must be accepted when dealing with rerolls.

Yes he can make CC attacks, he uses the Attack stat on his profile of characteristics. you have the option to re-roll. How re-rolls work are on P.2 in the BRB As for the IC he is still in the squad until his movement phase, since an IC can only join or leave a unit in your movement phase.

As per the ork codex "a big green fist" can be used as a close combat weapon
You can't leave or join a unit that does no longer exist.
However, the warboss would have been part of a unit that lost more than 25% of its original size during that phase and thus would have to test. IC rules change nothing about this.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |
