I was reading a battle report earlier, and decided to try and write up a chaos list and am having trouble finding points for my Chaos Lord that 150 points limit is a real pain. . .

Does a Mark, such as the Mark of Tzeentch count as wargear for the point cap?

And what about psychic powers are they bought as part of wargear as well?

thanks, answered all my questions the nasty list is up as well. . . and no its not a basic assault demon bomb its just a horrifying amount of firepower, and the Flamers of Tzeentch are hiddeous, a 9 demon squad of 1/2 range heavy bolters with 2 wounds a piece ouchy!!!
