Hey guys!

I have come back to 40k!!!

But i cant choose my army aha :/

I was wondering if i could have some help. I like Close combat and a cool shooting scene like heavy bolters on a hill shooting down at people.

Any army suggestions, i like the Eldar but are they hard to paint and i do not really want a swarm because i wont have space for them, also marines are out of the question they are way to common.

Thanks for suggestions

But you never know, i might get marines if you guys suggest.

Hello and welcome!

Maybe play an all-kroot for infantry tau army, using tau vehicles for fire support?

Drop by the link on my sig. My friends on the sinking feeling team will be sure to help. Just tell 'em that killy sent you.

Firstly, HI!

I think this might be in the wrong forum, but to hell with it.

For a starter, r'd recomend Marines. Just cause of their simplicity to paint, you can really build your skill and get used to the hobby. But Chaos are good to. They are quite a fun army. You are able to mess around with Nurgle, Khorne and the others (not even going to attemp to spell them without looking them up!), and theme your army.

Go with what you like the look of, or have the most motivation for.

I want to play orks, but i have to get a lift from my dad or catch the bus to get there (mostly bus) and was wondering if there is an easy way to transport an ork army which is a swarm. I have a games workshop case but that will not hold all my models. Any suggestions?
