If this guy is leading Blood Claws I'd consider swapping Saga of the Bear for Saga of the Warrior Born and ditching the Wolf Tooth Necklace. The fact is, you don't want your Blood Claws going against a hard close combat unit. They just aren't durable enough (more on that later). The
WS of the Wolf Lord is high enough to hit all but other combat oriented Independent Characters on a 3+ anyways so you can shave a few points for use elsewhere by ditching it.

Similar here. I'd ditch the Wolftooth Necklace. You already have WS5, your even hitting Space Marines on a 3+ already. Being only Initiative 4, your Chaplain won't be going head to head with an enemy character and walking away usually. You'd be lucky to even get to do your attacks against an enemy
IC.

If you enjoy the Plasma Pistols I suppose you can keep 'em. I personally would never put them on Wolf Scouts. They're just too expensive for what they do.
To put it in perspective, for 4 points cheaper than what you have here I run my 5 man Scout squad with a Meltagun, Mark of the Wulfen, 2 Power Weapons, and 2 Sniper Rifles (Rilfes on the Meltagun and Wulfen so as not to lose extra combat attacks). Mine hit a lot harder in combat than yours do, especially with their Wolf Guard Pack Leader tacked on for even more Power Weapon attacks and a second Melta shot. They're just about the same for effectiveness against Vehicles in the shooting phase.

Again, Plasma Pistols are just too expensive for what they do. Love the Plamaguns though. I run Plasma in my army and rarely have issues where I wish I had Melta.
With the same mindset, the Power Fist is a waste of points. You only get 1 attack (2 the first round of combat, usually). You can almost take 2 more Grey Hunters for the same point cost. I'd drop it for a Power Weapon and consider taking Mark of the Wulfen as well for even more
CC punch.
Point for Point, its cheaper to drop the Grey Hunter with Power Fist (40 points) and grab a Wolf Guard Pack Leader (38 points). For 5 points more you can give him a Combi-Weapon if you really want extra Plasma shots (or better yet, make it Melta for when you need it).
And no Wolf Standard? I'll give you you won't always use it, but its very cheap and very powerful. Its hard to calculate precisely how powerful, but remember it also affects any
ICs that joined the squad and it affects more than just armor saves, to hit, and to wound rolls.

They cost the same points as Grey Hunters though and don't get appreciably more attacks (1 more attack on the charge per model; making it only that useful when you have a lot of them). I'd consider dropping them for Grey Hunters but if you want to use them anyways that's up to you. The arguments against the Power Fist still stand though. Just not worth the points. More on that at the end.

I'd give them a Meltagun and again drop the Plasma Pistol and Power Fist. They're simply too expensive for what you get. I'd try to max the squad out too. They're going to get shot up. Be careful what you throw them against. Their mobility makes them more useful than Blood Claws, but they have the same primary weakness I'll get into at the end.

I run 4
ML and 1
LC myself. Most people seem obsessed with the 140 point all
ML squad. I'd consider dropping a
LC for something cheaper myself, but I don't like spending more than 150 on them if i can help it. At 1500 points its a toss up if you need a second unit at all. I generally feel naked with only one unit of Long Fangs but to each his own.
Okay, Blood Claw rant:
I love Blood Claws. They're cool. I loved them in 3rd Edition when i could:
- Charge out of Rhinos
- Take multiple special close combat weapons
- Hide Independent Characters in with them
- Not spend so many points on them (they were 13/14 points vs the Grey Hunters 18 points)
Now they kind of suck. Why do they suck? Because Grey Hunters are just so much better. With Grey Hunters you get:
- The same special close combat options
- Access to Mark of the Wulfen
- Access to the Wolf Standard
- Boltgun
- Easier access to free second special weapon
And this isn't even touching on the
WS and
BS difference. Blood Claws are easier to hit in close combat so you'll be dealing with more rolls to wound against you which usually means more armor saves, which means more dead. They also can't shoot nearly as well as their more experience brethren. On the charge your talking about a few extra attacks I'll grant you, but if you had Mark of the Wulfen and a Wolf Standard in a 9 man Grey Hunter squad in place of these Blood Claws you're more likely to do more damage anyways.
The good news is using your Wolf Lord like you are sort of shores up the Blood Claw's weakness anyways since he strikes at initiate 5. So I doubt you'll end up having all that much of an issue so long as you don't charge Hive Tyrants and things like that.
The only other thought is there is no reason not to be taking Wolf Guard. The extra leadership is more important than you'd think and Power Fists are cheaper and more effective on them. Plus you can still take an extra special ranged weapon without paying too much. I'd try to make room for one in each Grey Hunter squad.
