The CCB Lord runs around destroying vehicles etc, while the second Overlord goes with the Lychguard, Harbinger of Despair and Royal Court Lord to be the heavy hitting unit. Monolith is there to soak up fire and wreak havoc, annihilation barge for shooting, warriors for taking objectives.

What's competitive about this? Lots of glitz in the court and heavy slot without a lot of strong units or scoring units. Take the points from your CCB overlord, monolith, and buy a ghost arc, spend some points on a spider or 4 and some more scarab bases to start.

The lychguard don't have shields right? Since that costs an extra 5 points a model. Which means near enough half of your points limit is tied up in a single mass, if that gets pie plated or swept it would be hard to come back from.
