If I have a squad of Assault Marines held in reserve and roll a 1 for Red Thirst (meaning it's active) will both combat squads have Red Thirst when they come into play?
If they are in reserve they are rolled for as one unit, if you pass, the unit gets the benefit.
If you combat squad them when they arrive from reserve you retain the red thirst, on both combat squads, because their unit passed its red thirst.
