Folks,

I didn't see these posted anywhere - apologies if they've already been mentioned.

I found these two models whilst searching eBay - they're the Talon and Mako jetbikes - you can see them here from a seller called Machinator248, store name is Blood and Skulls Industry.

http://stores.ebay.com.au/bloodandskullsindustry

According to the description, they are 104mm long, 74mm wide and 28mm high. They're an 11 piece kit, come with a clear mounting rod, but no base.

I quite like them - bit of a Battlestar Galactica vibe to them IMHO. Look like they would make nice Marine bikes.

Padre^.

PS I'm nothing to do with the seller, just posted them for interest.

Very nice and not a blatant GW rip off!

What is the difference between the two - except the fronts and exhaust?

Is there weapon options too?

Machinator actually has a thread detailing how he made them right here on Dakka. link

Anyway I've ordered a pack of 5 talons (+ riders). I reckon it shouldn't be too tricky to convert one to be an attack bike, a simple underslung multi melta or heavy bolter should do the trick. I'm thinking I'll throw together a squad of 3 bikers and one attack bike and replace my current WIP Bike Captain/Khan on Moondrakken bike with one of these. Should be a fun little project.
