Am I right in thinking if one reserves with Spearhead deployment, that one can enter from anywhere along the entire lenght of ones "long" board edge rather then the 3x2 initial deployment zone (assuming 6x4 table).

Reserves simply states "arrive from your own table edge" (not verbatim), it mentions nothing about the specific deployment zone area?

Yes that is correct, reserves come on from your long board edge, so you can come on somewhere that was not in your deployment zone when playing spearhead.

Exactly. Reserves always enter from anywhere along the long table edge (unless Outflanking or Deep Striking). Spearhead is not an exception to this. It's a nice tactical option in Spearhead.
