Will be going to a five round, 1000 point tournament soon that uses the "highlander" comp. rules. HQ
Inquisitor, terminator armor, psycannon, psyker: hammerhand 110

ELITE
5 purifiers, 1 psycannon, 1 incinerator, 1 hammer 135

TROOPS
10 terminators, 2 psycannon (some hammers/halberd but I'm not sure of the distribution) 450
5 strike squad, 1 psycannon, hammer in psyback 170

How do certian armies play in the event? Cant get the doc you quoted at work, but some armies only have 1 troop choice?

Also, can you buy a rhino for your purifiers if you took a razorback?
