Wave Serpent, Holofields, Starcannons - 160 pts

well thats all well and good if you bend the force organization chart for your casual games. I don't really know what you expect us internet folk to do though, since we tend to play with legal armies and only play against legal armies when at all possible

.
Anyway bending the rules a little and taking 4 heavy supports is one thing, but taking upgrades that a Wave Serpent doesn't have (Wave Serpents don't have the option to purchase holofields) is something different entirely.
I mean... how would you feel if a foot guard player put 4 power fists and a medic in his 30 man blob squad? I mean a power fist is 15 points, and a medic is 30, and they still would be paying the points for those upgrades, but that doesn't make it any more balanced...
As to the list itself,
-Fire Dragons don't need tank hunters. I mean you've already got 5 melta guns, tank hunters is just over kill.
-Every Harlequin should have a kiss
-Star Cannons aren't very good, thanks to 4+ cover being so easy to get having 2 extra shots from the scatter laser is the way to go
-Dire Avengers should only number 5 so you can stuff them into the falcon
-Guardians should probably have a warlock w/ embolden so they don't run away like little girls and fall off an objective if they get shot. Leadership 8 isn't the most reliable
-Fire Prism is inferior to the Night Spinner (prisms really need to be run in pairs to take advantage of the combined beams, a single prism really isn't that great) So if you have the new fire prism box, you can build a spinner, magnets are great so you can freely switch. If you have the old Prism, it contains all the bits needed for a Falcon- so you can re assemble it as a falcon, split up your Dire Avengers into 2 groups of 5, and put them in 2 falcons! Get another troop choice out of it too.
-Scatter Laser isn't great on a Falcon because it doesn't go well with the pulse laser. Go for either a Bright Lance, Missile Launcher, or a Star Cannon
-Wraithlord makes a great platform for single shot weapons, Lance + Missile is popular for anti tank, or go Missile + Sword for close combat. You have better units for volume of s6 fire power (like war walkers)
-Dark Reapers are pretty mediocre. At any rate the Exarch is the only one worth writing home about. Crack shot + Tempest Launcher is a great combo for smacking down marines hiding in cover, and Fast Shot + Missile Launcher is a great combo for tanks and
MCs.
-You should probably get a 3rd troop choice. 2 troops in 1500 points, especially two frail eldar troops, is rather risky. Unless you guys do something ridiculous like only play annihilation you'll have a lot of trouble taking and holding objectives.
