Hey, I was hoping to do a chapter of fallen Blood Angels that have recently become part of a band of World Eaters. I was going to combine forgeworld kits with the gorgeous blood angels models. There is nothing fluff-wise that would cause anyone to say: "No, that's not possible" is there? I've been wanting to do an army like this for a very long time, is it feasible from a Fluff standpoint for Blood Angels to fall to Chaos?

And are there any chapters that have fallen to Chaos fully? I know there is that one chapter mentioned in the BA Codex, but they are still 'devoted' to the Emperor.

The Knights of Blood are the chapter you are thinking of and they are not even remotely Chaos, they just embrace the red thirst and were declared renegade due to high amounts of collateral damage. The only time that any Blood Angels have fallen to Chaos is during the civil war in their chapter, but that was Tzeentchian douche baggery. It is however completely possible for a chapter to fall to Khorne

Source for KoB being loyalist?
I have the CSM codex in front of me and it has a bunch of examples of chaos forces and it clearly has a picture of the KoB right next the IW and EC.

To answer your questions 1, it is possible for any chapter to worship khorne so it would be okay if your blood angels fell to chaos

Second, people would really laugh at you if you did a "fallen to chaos but are still good" so i would say not to,

Eh? Never said I wanted to do a Fallen to Chaos but still good. That's dumb. I was speaking about Knights of Blood, who are renegades and not Chaos as I thought.
