So I'm making a blood angels army but I wanted to make a successor chapter and one based on the TV Dexter just called to me. The chapter is based around the idea of harnessing the power of the Red Thirst and Black Rage for a greater cause. A nomadic chapter that travels the universe eliminating all evil, Imperium or Xeno, with surgical precision. The chapters founder
is Father Harry, the chapters chief librarian. It is by Harry's code that the chapter operates under, never be seen, never harm the innocent. Because of this the army uses fast and efficient means of transportation such as jet pack troops and very rarely use heavy mechs or heavy troops.

I'd suggest an all death company army then, led by Astorath and a Librarian.
