Hi everyone, while I was reading about the history of Warhammer 40,000 video games I read on the Warhammer 40,000 page at TV Tropes that there was an isometric Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game called Aspect Warrior but I find myself unable to find any solid information about it other than the name. This has only served to increase my curiosity, so what I want to know is : did anyone ever actually play it? Was it any good? Does any other information about this game exist at all?

Driven away from WH40K by rules bloat and the expense of keeping up, now interested in smaller model count games and anything with nifty mechanics.

Wasn't it cancelled, and so no-one played it?

I honestly can't tell from what I've been able to find, though that would certainly explain the lack of information.

Aspect Warriors is a cancelled action game / RTS based on the Warhammer 40000 universe, that was in development by Electronic Arts for the Genesis / Mega Drive and Super Nintendo. The game was previewed in some european magazines, but in the end it seems that it was never released (or was it published under a different name?). Only few screens remain to preserve the existence of Aspect Warriors.

Tah dah. Kind of reminds me of xcom

Woulda loved to if it had ever come out.

Do you mean Fire Warrior?

If so, yes. It was hilariously awesome.

No.

Fire Warrior was under-rated. It was good fun.
