Hey Dakkaites!

I'm currently working on, as the title would suggest, a bibliography as a jumping-off point for those looking for information on various Lost and the Damned/traitor guard type armies.

I've gone through the BL books I've got and Codex: Eye of Terror, but would love help with books and stories I don't have. At some point I'll start digging through my White Dwarf piles too.

So, if you're interested the current version can be found through: sonsoftaurus.blogspot.com/p/lost-and-damned-bibliography.html or http://www.box.com/s/j4zsxno3u6vg9cx0nidb

If you know about something not already on the list, either a new force or another reference for a force already listed please let me know!

Thanks!

An obvious source is the Siege of Vraks (3 volumes, Imperial Armour, renegades vs. Death Korps of Krieg), which is a bit of a subtler version of Lost and the Damned, though not a lot moreso. It's basically the spiritual successor to the EoT list.

Imperial Armour Volumes 5, 6, 7
Codex: Eye of Terror

Both have LatD army lists.

Already on the list, but thanks.

Updated with some more entries, including what I managed to spot in my WD collection. Around 30 named factions plus a number of unnamed ones. Some factions have multiple entries to keep sources distinct.

Nice compillation, it would be worth noting for Vraks the various allied forces in "Associated with"

Yes it would. I unfortunately don't have those books myself, but if you can provide them I'll stick them in!

edit: Think I found them, will include them in the next upload.

Alpha Legion, Lords of Decay, The Tainted, Apostles of Contagion, The Purge, Skulltakers, Berserkers of Skalathrax, The Sanctified, Steel Brotherhood, Black Bretheren of Eyreas

Updated, at 110 entries currently.

Again, help with other sources greatly appreciated!

Gaunt's Ghosts (including the Sabbat Worlds and the Sabbat Worlds Crusade) and Caiphas Cain (when the rebels don't turn out to be influenced by genestealers for once) books could be handy. Have you read much in the way of Inferno! magazine, that should have some stories in there too on the subject?

The Ghosts stuff is included, but I haven't read Salvation's Reach yet. I haven't read any Caiphas Cain, and don't have any Inferno!, Warhammer Monthly, etc. magazines/comics. Any help with relevant books/stories would be great.

The Tyrants Legion in the Badab books is a good example of a Renegade Marine and Guard mix.
