In light of the steam holiday sales I've been thinking about a realistic shooter, I like them But I was wondering arma 2 vs operation flashpoint?, and a question..is red river better than dragon rising?
Dakka..your thoughts?

In my opinion Arma 2 is probably the better of those, because of the extended add-on situation and also you can compatiblise it with Arma 1 and Operation flashpoint mods.
so essentially you've got 3 games worth of mods to run!
I found Arma to be very clunky and "sticky". Combat just didnt flow as well. Dont get me wrong Im not saying like cod/bf3, they are different engines and Arma was more realistic but something just didnt feel right to me.
Opfor was smoother but as mentioned above not as expansive.
