Is Valkia a Khorne daemon princess , I would really like to know more about her background if anyone would like to share.

She's not a Daemon as far as I can see. She's just a "reawakened" mortal. Khorne reshaped her. So she's got a tons of chaos power. But Daemons are Daemons. Their natural home is the Realm of Chaos and they are immortal. Her home is still the mortal plane and I take it if she died she would die (though Khorne might simply bring her back again). She's an extremely chosen Chosen or Chaos Lord or other such.

Hm, I was under the impression she was a demon prince with the ability to join units (whether by mistake or design).

She doesn't have the Scion of Chaos rules, and isn't noted as having Unit Strength 3, so I would presume she is a special case Chaos Lord (Lady?) with some funky abilities.

She is a chaos lord fluff/rules wise

Daemon Prince would be a monster, thunderstomping faces. She isn't even MI, merely infantry.
