I recently attended the 11th Co. tournament in Myrtle Beach SC; and as Canadian Wargaming was one of the sponsors, I decided to place an order for Newcrons from them.
I palced my order on Dec 8th, and havent got a shipping email or delivery as of yet.
Now, I know during the hollidays mail moves slower, and to expect a wait through customs. But Im getting impatient to paint some crons!
I shot the customer service an email. No response. Ive scoured their site for a contact number to no avail.
Anyone have any expierence with them? (Positive or Negative)
- thanks!!

GW changed their independant store trade terms in Canada. Now they don't guarantee delivery for 4-6 weeks and then the indie store has to send it out to you.
I'd ask to cancel your order and then find a place that can verify they have it in stock before you order it. Miniaturemarket.com is good for that. Email them and ask them for their GW spreadsheet.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better. |

Well doesnt that just suck?!....
Since theyre so easy to get ahold of, (bit of sarcasm there) I guess I'll just wait it out and make my future purchases elsewhere.
- thanks for the info

Between the War Store and Miniature Market, the US has some of the best game stores around.
It's cool that you wanted to buy from someone who sponsored an event, but there is no reason to be ordering GW stuff from Canada to the US as GW fills their indie store orders horribly up here and the prices are probably higher as well.
It is also super slow to send things to the US via Canada Post. So with the holidays and that factor, it could be that you'll be waiting a while.
Though the problem is that you don't even know if they sent it.
If you paid by Paypal, I would make sure you don't wait past the point where you can no longer make a claim to get your money back. If a month rolls by from when you ordered, I'd send them one last email and tell them they have 24 hours for your package to arrive (or for them to issue a refund) or you will make a claim with Paypal.
If you paid by credit card, the procedure will vary depending on the card issuer.
