This list is just something I have been thinking about running for a fun list. I want to know what people think of it, what should I change to make it run better.
The fluff for this list is a black ork got beat up and kicked out of his warband. He found these night goblins and liked their style. Won leadership, killed his old warband and has been wandering around.
I would like some help on what I might want to do to make it a better list but I want it to fit with the fluff. I do not want any war machines but can add other units like trolls,giants, and spider riders. Thoughts? Thanks for helping in advanced.

Welcome back to WHFB!
Onto the list:
Blocks of 30 night goblins won't last very long at all. They'll just get ground down in a turn, loose Steadfast, and then run.
I'd combine 2-3 of these units into blocks of 50ish with netters. 50ish will remain Steadfast much longer, and with the netters throwing out -1 str, you won't take as many wounds in CC.
24 fanatics just won't be fun for your opponent at all. Depending on how long you want your sub-move phase to be, it might not be fun for you either.
I'd go 9 max, and use the left over points for some goblin chariots. Chariots let you get a solid number of wounds in HTH the turn you charge with them. The goblin chariots are also very good a smashing smaller support units.
Upgraded snotling pump wagons will do pretty much the same thing, but are more random about it.
Magic is king in 8th. Think about dropping both lv.2's for a single lv.4. You'll definitely want the extra dispel power in the magic phase.
If you are thinking about picking up some of the new units for your army; mangler squigs are pretty sweet, and wolf/spider riders would give you some ability to redirect charges, and harass war machines.

I have 40ish spider riders, an araknarok with caster, 10 wofroders, 300 night goblins, 1 snotling pump wagon, 2 spear chukas, 2 goblin doom divers, 2 rock lobas, 15 fanatic models, 20 black orks, 10 trolls, 1 giant, 3 river trolls, and I think that's about it at this time. Getting my trolls and about 120 night goblins painted up still. I do think a mangler squig will be purchased in the near future. This is a themed list I'm trying to put together and not a list intended to be run again and again, but I am looking for advice like make a level. 4 wizard and combine some squads. Do you think I should bring some Calvary?

I think some fast cav could greatly benifet your army. Just using them to put pressure on war machines, or block a key charge lane could be enough to turn the tides of battle. Plus if you give them spears you could suicide charge a hero level wizard's bunker unit and just allocate all your attacks on the wizard.
No garantee you'll kill the wizard, but with the evil miscast table, even a single wound could make your opponent think twice about throwing a ton of dice at spell. If the wizard is already wounded, you could rush in and finish him off.
But that might require more cav than you're willing to bring.
Trolls could be subbed in for chariots, you'd just have to find the points for a good sized unit.

6 Will work if you have the spare points. 5 in one rank works just fine for most things.
