You have a real mix of units here. Maybe by 2500 pts everything could be working together.
But firstly whirlwinds are not fun and are a huge waste.
The question is how do you intend to get the 'raider to the other side. At the moment it is this huge brick, it has no one else running with it, no support, no distractions, no cover.
It is a seriously expensive unit that could be made to work at this points range, essentially by spamming rhinos to run with them.
Attack bikes are good but you lose target saturation in this manner, this doesn't take so much pressure off your tanks and the tanks do not take pressure off the bikes as they become the target of all antiifantry fire.
Flamers on razorbacks may work for
BA and white scars but you I doubt you will get close enough to use them. Plus twintwin linked?
meltas are probably more important than flamers for your tactical squads. Otherwise I like the 5 man with
ML sitting with the heavy choices idea, there is some unity there. Others will say you should have a
MM.
You have three antiifantry units as your heavies. Now you have melta to be your main antitank but I would still like to see some long range antitank so maybe take lascannons for your tactical squads. Then 3 thunderfire cannons would be amazing, though a little overkill on antiinfantry given you can have twin linked flamers
