I know that if I want my IG squad to have krak grenades, it costs 10 pts for the whole squad. My question is, Is it the same 10 points if my squad is a combined squad of 20 or 30? Or is it 10 pts for each 10 man part?
You don't blob the squad until deployment, so if you wanted every model in the unit to have Krak grenades, you would have to buy it for each squad.

You buy it for each 10 man squad, so if they combine with a squad without the upgrade you'd have them with different gear. This will allow for some fun with wound allocation, not worth the trouble with IG tho.
