Me and my buddies were wondering on this the other day, If you rapid fire a plasma gun or combi-plasma and get 1 hit and 1 GETS HOT does the hit still count?

Might be a dumb question but we couldn't find the answer. Thanks for the help!

The one that hits still goes through.

Furthermore, if you suffer 2 "gets hot!" results, the model firing the weapon suffers 2 wounds.

For this reason, when rapid firing multiple plasma guns at the same time, I recommend rolling for each gun separately. So if one model overheats twice, he takes both wounds, rather than them being spread amoung the gunners.

Yep, you get one hit and potentially fry the guy holding the gun with the other shot

We look at it this way. If you can hit twice and fry twice, you should be able to do one of each.
