Could he? Well, tbh, Draigo probably wouldn't be much good as a chaos follower. Unless he was granted the ability to invade the mortal realm at his own will, rather than randomly being sucked out of the warp. Otherwise he'd spend all his time just chilling out in the warp and then occasionally go kill some goodies when luck lets him. But, in a way, the damage he'd be able to do would be hugely limited by his random appearance. Losing a force because Daemon Prince Draigo intervened in the battle is probably about as unlikely as losing a force due to a freak warp storm.
Anyhow, it couldn't happen because he'd burn to death in his own armour. It being an anathema to chaos and all.
