I get more excited about giving gifts than receiving them (not in an ungrateful way might i add!). This year I got my fair lady a couple of charms for a bracelet that she has (nomination if you know the brand ).

I didn't want to just put these 2 things under the tree that were the same size as a 5p coin though, so I dolled it up a bit...

Went out to hobbycraft and bought the £5 box of cadian troops, put it all in there. Then re-attached the cellophane and taped over the carefully parted edges. Then found a battleforce size box, and put that in there. Wrapped it & put it under the tree.

Been telling the missus for weeks that im excited about giving her her present, and 'accidentally slipped up' today by saying that I'd got her some GW stuff

I can't wait for herto open it, realise it's not a big expensive battleforce of something that she doesn't want, only to then open that and find it's a really cheap version of something that she doesn't want, to then open up and see the relief flood her face as she realises that I'm not, in fact, a complete cock.

Just had to tell someone, its 3am here and i dont think folk'll be too happy if i start texting them now lol
