Fotos are way to overexposed to really say anything accurate about the paintjob.

As it is, I might rate it as decent albeit mediocre tabletop-quality - wich is more than good enough to be used in a game.

Probably upload a better photo?

I wouldn't go so far as to say mediocre, but I agree here. I can't tell if the shading on the cloak is actually painted or is just glare from over-exposure.

I love the color scheme though!! Everything is nice and clean too.

I think he should talk to this guy about how to hold a weapon properly.

I think you should work on the sword blade, it's very flat and is the first thing I noticed.

Pink is a bad background colour and you should think again about the choice of using it.

Lighting is off - so is focus. When will people learn to use tripods or something to stabilise the camera?

Otherwise, perfectly serviceable tabletop paintjob. Sword needs work, so do the robes, but I wouldn't be embarrassed putting it on the table.
