I know it uses a named character. Ill rename him an appropriate Ultramarine name though. Im looking for a good Take-on-all-comers list that I can feel confident with even not knowing what my opponent is bringing.

Shadow Captain Kayvaan Shrike

Space Marine Captain; Iron Halo; Power Armour; Bolt Pistol; Relic Blade; Space Marine Bike

10 Terminators; Thunder Hammer & Storm Shield

Ven. Dreadnought; MM, HF
Drop Pod

9 Tactical Squad; Flamer; Lascannon
Sergeant; Power Fist x1
Razorback; Twin Linked Lascannon

9 Tactical Squad; Flamer; Lascannon
Sergeant; Power Fist x1
Razorback; Twin Linked Lascannon

5 Space Marine Bikes, Flamer
1 Attack Bike; Multi-melta
1 Bike Sergeant; Power Fist

2 Land Speeder Squadrons; Heavy Bolter and Typhoon Missile Launcher

Ill hit parking lots with infiltrating Termies and a drop pod Ven Dred, maneuvering with Bikes to the hard-to-get-to places.

Ill thin swarms with TML's and Flamers - though i dont there is enough in here to do it well.

Lascannons, TML's, MM's hit Valkyries, TMC's and transports.

Adjustments and criticisms welcomed.

A man's character is his fate.

Got some proper christmas spirits in me but doesn't the shrike+fleet terminators rely pretty heavily on a land raider?

The rule says to deploy more than 18" away when infiltrating (or 12" out of LOS), that's not achievable with 6+d6+6". You need a land raiders' 12" movement to pull off the first turn assault.

Therefore I would drop some terminators for a godhammer or crusader land raider. I would also drop the captain because it's too much points for a single scoring bike squad, especially when you have two tacsquads already.

I believe they are meant to act as a meat shield. A meat shield which will have to be killed in the first turn, assuming they have covered the exits. A meat shield which is very hard to kill.

The bikes could get a first turn strike. Also shrike would be able to assault by himself, which would be good if he had melta bombs, I guess.

otherwise your list looks a little all over the place, you are going to have 10 loose marines at the back, then only two tanks, than a bunch of bikes, this isn't working together for me.

Also shrike is a token character. I am not sure what you'll do against DoA BA list or a drop pod army.
