Carcere is a massive volcanic planet with Hans M. Loff as the Chief Warden. There are Subwardens who are in charge of cell blocks, but ultimately answer to Hans M. Loff.

Massive walls cover most of the planet with innumerable numbers of servitors standing on guard. (With so many criminals, who will mind a few missing scumbags?)

The prisoners are separated by their crimes and/or severity. Against current Terra standards, the Subwardens are not there to keep order or discipline the prisoners, they are there to pick out the strongest and those with the most promise of becoming a Detained.
