Subject: Pieces Missing?

Guard Heavy Weapon Crewman

I order three Imperial Guard Valkyries, and when I opened the case’s for them, two of the boxes was missing the front canopy clear plastic piece on the mold and was not in the box at all, meaning it was lost in the manufacturing process. The mold number is 99390105017. What should I do?

The three stormravens I own all had missing pieces. In one of the kits, the entire rear panel was missing.
I took them back to the store and they replaced the missing pieces from a fourth kit.

Only issue with that is that I ordered the from the sight.
I plan on calling tomorrow, (Monday for me) but knowing my mom who got them for me she's going to raise hell unless they send a new one or they sending the missing pieces and some kind of completion when each valk costs $66 US.

GW has notoriously good customer service. If you call them up and provide them with the info they need they will most likely send you completely new kits at no charge to yourself, at least that has been my experience.
