could i get criticism that could be helpful i need to find the weak points and downsides then patch then somehow

Ok this is what I think.
Rune priests are not CC characters, they are support and fire. Drop the wolf claw and wolftooth necklace, stick a chooser of the slain on him (makes all the psycic shooting attacks so much better and messes with infiltrators), take living lightening or murderous hurricane as his second power depending on wheither you want to use him up front or at the back.

Wolf lord is the one that should have the wolftooth necklace, 3+ to hit on a guy with 5 attacks and the ability to re-roll to hit or to wound will be very decent. Think about runic armour, the anti-psyker ward and the 2+ are very handy when you have to take lots of saves.

Wolf lords are the combat monster, i run mine as a thunderlord and use my rune priest as support using living lightening and jaws to take out anything problematic while the runic weapon prevents any lash or other problematic psycic powers. Drop podding a squad of grey hunters with a rune priest up front will not be the best since you have to foot slog the rest of the army up to them, the unit will be unsupported and may take a large amount of losses in the early game especially if you want to use that as a cc squad. Think carefully about how you want to use the ICs in this army.

If you are putting wolf guard on units then why are you not giving them the power weapons? They have more attacks and will do more damage, personally I would combi melta + powerfist them, they get 3 attacks on the charge and can drop another melta shot when you need it. You need to look at this more about maximising your troops rather then having rock hard elites.
The other issue is how many wolf guard models do you have? I see 13 that is not enough for 3 CML termis.

I think you need to drop the Land raider, looking at it I see you having an over priced transport which won't bring it's guns to bear properly til turn 2 or 3 and an underpowerd squad to go in it.
You need a ten and 5 man squad of wg to get the CML, put three from the ten man squad as squad leaders and arm the rest of both squads in terminator armour and cc weapons and give them a drop pod each. That means that you can stick your lord with one squad, drop both in the first turn and leave the 3rd in reserve with a grey hunter squad there to take objectives in the later game.
That's my two cents anyway.

Personally I am not a fan of wolf guard as units, more into using them as squad leaders only.

All that wg and no Logan. What a shame. You could add Logan by dropping the lord and changing all of your grey hunter squads to smaller wolf guard squads and dropping all of mark of the wolfens. He is one of the best utility characters in the game even at 275pts.

I have no love for logan, I don't think he pays off, for the cost I could slip in 2 long fang squads. He buffs some squads but other then a logan wing I don't see him being a valid choice for a hq slot in anything but a massive point game.
A better idea to take out big tanks would probably be to put a pair of lazcannons in each of the long fangs.

Where to start, where to start:

1) Rune Priests, as mentioned above, are not close combat characters...what's more, they can't take Wolf Claws so you can just set him up with a Chooser of the Slain and call it a day.

2) The Wolf Lord is useless...no point in having him, get rid of him.

3) A single drop pod is a death sentence for no matter what goes in there...don't do it to a perfectly good unit of Grey Hunters...toss them in a Rhino and move them up with the rest of your forces.

4) Foot Slogging troops can kind of work...but you have nowhere enough bodies so let us put those Grey Hunters in some transports...

5) The Wolf Guard Missile hoard should stay that way...don't put them in Long Fangs because that makes them fire at the same target...even if you split fire with the Long Fangs you'll never make the points back.

6) The Land Raider...all by itself...is crap, dump it and invest the points more wisely (i.e. buffing the second Wolf Guard Squad big enough to have another Missile Launcher). Leftover points can afford you the Rhinos discussed above.

There's more, but these are the things you need to start with.

Are you sure? I am going to be running one in my 1750 list, I'll have 2 rune priests for support but a CC wolflord will be in there.

i think logan would be a good edition of he could just run the long fangs 3 LC 2 Missiles with the double missile terminator, it would be more versitile. what do you guys think. and also what could be thrown in this list to make the close combat as good as the shooting. and when this list is done the long fangs should probably be in razorbacks and i have to agree with the rhinos for all the troops. but we all know how hard it is to just see your drop pod looking all sexy on the side lines not being used. do you guys think this list would be better with this list a couple more drop pods or rhinos??
