Needs another Troops choice to be legal. Make sure of this before you start with the special wargear like the power swords.
With your HQ, there is no need to have both the plasma pistol and the auxillary grenade launcher. You will want the Captain to be in combat if he has a power sword

What rules are you playing? What will the scenery be like?

I like it, for all the changes I could make would weaken it. Like plasma pistols for articifier armour.
I think you will need powerfists and meltabombs as you can face vehicles and hard models in this points range.

Otherwise I weirdly like it

I think I am meant to ask which codex you are using? As I think if you changed the word fast to troops your list would be a better blood angel army thanks to red thirst.

I have krak grenades and my plasma pistols to deal with vehicles at this point range as well as the 2 launchers. I kinda have my heart set on raven guard. fluff reasons lol.

rules are normal and scenery is random at best. normally medium density.

I would highly recommend not using a plasma pistol on the Captain for the sole reason of avoiding an extremely emberassing "Gets Hot" death on your 170 point leader. Trust me (many an astartes has fallen to gets hot under my command) it's really not worth the risk unless you're very lucky with dice.

I was gonna use lightning claws to stick fluff but the bs 5 I could not resist. itsbasically a much better power weapon attack. that can kill armor as well. I understand the risk but I am willing to take it for a chance at the greater reward.
and im in philadelphia but I play in the suburbs. I am litterally not even done building my 500 point raven guard. but i am going to be at 1500 points by april.
