I got a friend who runs something very similar...
Do you have any room for servitors? VERY handy for you, and annoying for your opponent to repair weapon damage
I guess you're going to combat out the MG, and LC marines, which is a good idea. As a personal touch, if you want to play with this list some, marry them up with 4 ML devastators for a good dug in punch.
I'd worry a little about bugs or orcs swarming up your dreads...

Swarming av13, when only power klaws for ork boyz and no 'nid swarm(?) can even touch it. You have your model safe for a good couple of turns-force the rule that they have to move around the dread protecting you from other units coming in to rescue the swarm, killing more than its points worth charge the swarms.
Servitors? Maybe for Grey Knights and maybe for space wolves. In any case not very.
Back to the list. Storm bolter is a little expensive to what it gives you. You already have a plasma pistol and flamer then you loose a powerweapon attack.
On a bike with his big gun would be better.
Then your dreads are expensive and have little fire out put. I would change to the classic TLautocannon. Then maybe take some for a big antitank punch. Three iron clads will be over kill, they can do nothing until they get into cc.
I worry about having 10 marines just hanging at the back by themselves.
With bolster defences scouts would be useful.

I agree with most of this.
1) The MoTF is not doing anything. Strip him and give him a bike with conversion beamer.
2) Rifle dreads over TLLC Dreads.
3) Drop one Iron Clad, give the remaining two MM, and find room for 3 pods
4) I appreciate the desire for assurance that your lascannons will hit when you want, if you take the pod approach you will be forced to play aggressively and the razors really would benefit from the Las/ TL PLas turret.

MOTF opens up dreds to both elite and HS slots. Can't have six without him.
I forgot about the las/plas razorbacks I'll definately change that.

I think you are taking it to literally when he said the MotF was doing nothing. You could be doing more bolster defences and his actual point was he could be a great attacking unit with a gun and bike.
As is he can be good in cc and short ranged shooting, if he makes it.
Actually I would be tempted to go for TLassault cannon as you are going to be driving forward with the razorbacks. Your vehicles are not fast which I feel is the main reason why BA use the las/plas combo.
