Go for the 404 challenge. Unless it's changed significantly with the updates to the random map generation, it spawns you above an absolutely massive system of caves and caverns.

The 404 seed no longer works if playin with the newer terrain generation. There was a map that was similar though I cant remember the name of it found by one of the guys iv subbed to on youtube.

tortice and Warhound are also both fun seeds.

i tried Mojang and i started in a swamp. I soon found an absolutely Collossal underground rift/ravine. eventually leading to an abandoned mine.
Only found a handful of diamonds though :(. LOTS of iron, iron everywhere!
