Here's my first real army mostly completed (except for the bases which I will get around to). 5,800 Point Chaos Horde. I always liked the idea that Chaos was meant to be more then just Chaos Space Marines or Daemons, but rather a combined horde of CSM, Daemons, cultists, mutants, and so on. All that's left is a Soul Grinder and making the bases match the terrain I will choose for my table.

Well, they are all painted very neatly, but why not have a go at some shading techniques? Or even flock and sand the bases?

The photos are incredibly blurry quite often, try resting down the camera to get a stable shot.

As for the painting, it's looking good, but some of the metals are rather bright. Try some washes, maybe basecoating gold with tin bitz.

They look awesome, and its good to see people making the effort to paint an entire army. Maybe you could ry a badab black was on the metals. It is an awesome army though

Good again, but apart from the other stuff mentioned I think you should also throw a few highlights on to the tanks, as they look unfinished as they are. Other than that, Nice Job!

i hate to hammer a point home, but the painting leaves much to be desired, it is all very flat, as if you have painted by numbers. if you use washes and highlights to create depth then the army will look fantastic.

on the up-side, i'm very impressed at the effort required to create an army that large, and the models themselves look very nice, just... flat
