This probably comes up alot, but for feel no pain, it says it is canceled out by attack that cause instant death. So what if say, a battle cannon blast hits my DW terminator squad with a apothecary (grants fnp)? It's not AP 1 or 2, but is double toughness which normally causes instant death to multiple wound models if the armor save is failed but I only have 1 wound. Do I still get fnp?

No, because as the rule states, it's an attack that meets the 2x toughness criteria.
