    Subject: Mindschackle Scarabs vs Orks

I had a game tonight and was charges by a unit of 12 Orks. They had to take 3 MS tests and passed all of them because my opponent said he would get to test at 12. Is this correct and if so why, and if not why not?

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

"No modifier may raise any characteristic above 10 or below 0"

So no. He was wrong. Mob Rule will only get you a maximum of 10 on your Leadership characteristic. This was also clarified in the FAQ.

Ya he was wrong but I would also think it goes off your base ld but I'm not sure on that point.

Mindshackle scarabs, like all other leadership tests except psychic tests, are taken against the highest leadership in the unit, even if only a single model tests. See BRB pg. 8, 43 and 50.
