I have gotten several Tactical Squads and i want to convert the rocket launcher guy. Any suggestions?

Maybe a different position, i don't like him just standing there. Could i add some thing with green stuff or a piece from another model, our could i change his pose? I need sugestions.

This one guy made his lean on the launcher like a pole. There's an image somewhere on the site... Basically just remove it from the arm and plant it on the base top down, then take a bolter-holding arm and make the hand rest on top. The other arm was the regular missile launcher left arm but sloping. He was gazing into the distance.

I remember it well because it looked really good. Props to whoever did that.

It's also pretty easy to model the launcher at a slight angle away from the marines' body and make him look like he's focusing on something else. Use posed legs, a bolt pistol, auspex, pointing arm, an arm reaching around to get another missile, whatever.
