Here is my first atempt at a1500 pt. Necron list using what models I got.also have a 5 man unit of lychguard.

If your going to run Trazyn drop the barge and bring the guard. Drop a Veil tek with that unit and then you have a mobile, tough, scoring unit that will fair well against horde and elite CC units. Sword and Board the guard.

You could start Trazyn with the deathmarks to Phaeron them and play pretty aggressively with him. Then if he dies you can just hop over to the guard unit. I think you could afford to trim your troops a tad to make it all fit, maybe the tesla Immortals as the warriors will also benefit if Trazyn happens to steal their lord.
