One thing that I do enjoy about the C&C series is that the non-tiberian sun ones had the Warthog as an airstrike. Westwood knew what was bad ass and decided to use it in the game filled with an ore that could kill people but made fantastic currency.

No, I want to fly around and do barrel rolls of joy all day long. Can't do barrel rolls in a stealth tank or mammoth tank.

You can fire missiles however.

You can wreck peoples' gak.

OH, if you go to the downloads section, they have the entire soundtrack up for free, full of remakes of Frank Klepacki songs. Awesome.

It doesnt matter though, this is a completely separate studio that is not affiliated with EA

And in fact this game has little to do with C&C besides its relation to C&C Renegade and a few names/background

If they ever plan to make an actual game and sell it EA is going to get involved, suing ass and taking names. If they keep it as just a mod then they should be okay, but as far as C&C games are concerned get the "First Decade", it has the only C&C games worth playing out of the entire cities.

Yeah, RA2 is my personal favorite in the entire series.

RA3 was crap. C&C3 was...passable I guess.

CnC was my personal favorite. The RA series was okay, but took a nose dive off the silly end at RA2's expansion and especially RA3. Still good gameplay though.

Then again, CnC4 was pretty good, too, despite the many people bashing it. They actually tried something different, and I give games credit for that, though they could have done it better (at least it was better than if they had merely done some boring graphically-enhanced clone of CnC3).

Then again, apparently I'm weird because I thought Tiberian Sun was the worst of the CnC games by far.

Your weird regardless, but that does help.

I mostly grew up with RA1 and Tiberium Sun. LAN with neighbours ftw.

Renegade however has a special place reserved in my heart though, since it's one of the few games I've played with (semi) competitive clans.

Oh yeah, they jumped the shark in Yuri's Revenge.
