Does the Cryptek spyder Gloom Prism block force weapons form being activated since they dont "target" anything specifically?

Nope. No target no way to block it.

Against normal force weapons, I'd say yes.
BRB pg. 50 "The psyker may then take a Psychic test to use the weapon's power against any one opponent that suffered an unsaved wound by the weapon in that player turn."
"Normal" force weapon activation targets one (and only one) enemy model.


Against Nemesis Force weapons, I'd say no.
Codex Grey Knights pg. 54 "If the test is passed, all wounds caused by the unit's Nemesis force weapons that phase inflict instant death."
Note that unlike normal Force Weapons, Nemesis Force weapons can cause ID to multiple opponents (even when activated by single character) and the activation is not actively targeted against enemy.

Agree with Luide. Regular FW choose a specific model to affect at the time they're activated. NFW don't.
