I got a new tac squad and quickly glued them to play in a tourney the next day with no time to paint so are there any suggestions for how i should dissemble these models and paint them

If you used plastic glue, they arnt coming apart at all.

If it was super glue i believe you can pop the model in the freezer for a bit and then carefully attempt to snap the bolter out.

You could always pop out the ol' modeling saw and start hacking away but that is never my favorite option.
