alrighty, so i am collecting a dark angels doublewing list, and i askijg for some opinions,

Sammael, 205
Belial, sword and bolter 130

3x Deathwing squads, CML, 2 Chainfists, Rest PF 245 each
2x Ravenwing Attack, 2Melta, MM attack bike and speeder390 each
2x Typhoon Missile Launcher Speeders 75 each

2000 Total

ok, typhoon speeders for long range infantry/light tank poppers
Belial and the deathwing teleport in and just sorta kite and shoot, maybe hit a tank if they can, try to get raiders with them
the raveb move up, speeders working with sammael (he is in the speeder)to kill elite infantry, and the bimes kill people, maybe tie up some non cc units,

Belial with a sword may be pretty but it is not a great set up. I like ss/th to keep him alive longer.

Stormbolters really are not great with deathwing. A few reasons, like SS/TH keeps them alive longer-CML should have SS/TH, LCs are needed for cc prowess, you will target the CML then the stormbolters are lucky if this target is soft and in their range.
Chainfists are not needed with the amount of double st hits you have, maybe one to take out an unlucky landraider.
The banner and apothecary are great.

Some bikers could do with an apothecary. Then maybe a banner with some cc weapon just in case.
The other biker squad may need a cc weapon unless you already assume they will all just die in cc.
Finally a plasma guns are better to keep them well away from cc.
Take typhoons with MM, though I have a suspicion Heavy bolters may be better.

Dropping squads is tricky as I can tell you really want to DWA 2 squads. This means dropping one squad of bikers to 3 and removing the speeder. I guess this affords the plasma guns, command squad stuff and then even an extra typhoon.

Good luck, I never feel dualwing is the easiest army when I field them.

2x Deathwing Assault Squads, CML, 3 TH SS, 2 Lightning Claws 235 each
2x Ravenwing Squads, Extra Bikes, MM Attack Bike, Speeder 390 each
1 Extra Land Speeder, Assault Cannon 100

Total is 1990
All the Speeders Roll Together, the assault termies deathwing assault, tacticals walk on board or deepstrike depending on situation, ravenwing provide tank hunting, teleport homers, late game contests, belial wit an assault squad,

part of the reason i have so much ravenwing is because i am looking to use what i have got, which is 2 ravenwing battleforces and a land speeder, as well asa box of terminators, tactical, not assault.
