Yeah, that bolt pistol is the reason why your over, so you kinda have to drop it. There is no excuse for Guard to be over pointed really.
Ditto on the
GLs, as I really do not like them, but for this list I will give them a pass because you can now move up and shoot because they are Assault. If you had some
ACs in the blob, I would honestly suggest sniper rifles over
GLs.
Think about it, any
AV that the
GL would be used against, a Sniper Rifle has the same chance due to the Rending rules. Sniper Rifle wounds on a 2+ no matter what the Toughness, and both allow power armor save, except the Sniper can Rend to ignore it (and ignore
FNP). Sure, that means you have to roll a 6 to Rend, but the
GL doesn't even have that. Only difference is the Assault vs Heavy
IMO.
Another reason to drop the Hell Hound is the simple fact your list is starved for long range
AT. First turn, you have a single
AC for your long range firepower and a Vendetta, at 2000pts?!? Think what you will be facing at that level! Multiple Land Raiders, Longfangs, Razorback spam, ect... and I am not even touch
DE,
GK, or Necrons... it is not that hard for any shooty list to take out 3-6
AV 12 vehicles a turn at that level.
Drop the Hell Hound for a Vendetta. Take your second
PCS and drop the
GLs/
AC for 4x Flamers and throw them in the 2nd Vendetta. Take your last 20pts there and get two
ACs for the 20 man mob and upgrade the
GLs to Sniper Rifles (or leave it, your choice really).
Forge World makes Hydras, so you can buy two complete kits (including Chimera) there. Only thing about Forge World is that the stuff they make that /isn't/ in the codex is not a legal item in tourneyments, so don't go hog wild buying expensive things you may not be able to use.

I think your list will still have problems, even with my advice as it still only has 6
AV 12 vehicles and the two
LRBTs. The Hydras will totally increase your firepower, but those shots are still on only one target. This is why when you see most Hybred lists at this level, it is a Platoon with 2 PIS with
ACs (and properly kitted out like yours, good job on that!) and HWSs sitting in the back using direct firepower (non-scatterable) to cover the Chimeras/
LRBTs/Vendettas as they move up. The multiple sources of fire (hopefully in cover) are harder to take out and means /you/ have multiple sources of fire to take out 4-6 vehicles a turn. This is where having Creed and a Lord Commissar in your back area to make those HWSs even more leathal and to keep them from running can be huge.
Hope this helps and gives you some food for thought.
